2026 Speaker Details
Thank you so much for volunteering your time and knowledge to present at M365 Miami! We appreciate your support in providing free tech education in South Florida to help reduce the tech skills gap. Event Details 🗓️
There are 60-minute sessions on Friday, February 6th 8am-5pm at Miami Dade College’s Wolfson Campus.
Explore the agenda and come for the keynote at 8:50am! All speakers have received individual calendar invites for their session time.
Speaker Materials 📃
We only require use of a title, sponsor, and feedback slide for all sessions. Please use the slide template for your presentation.
Speaker banners are complete. When posting, ensure to include #M365Miami.
Event Support🛟
Each center at the conference will have an information guide who is your support contact during the event. They will ensure you start on time and provide you with a 5-minute warning before your session ends. The information guide will escalate any issues, as needed, to the event organizers.
A/V Setup 💻
Each room has HDMI connection to 1 or more screens so please bring adapters, as needed. The rooms are a mix between classroom seating and table rounds. Many rooms do also have computers though most attendees bring their own devices.
No Speaker Room ⚠️
To prioritize offering a greater number of sessions for attendees, we will not have a dedicated speaker room this year. As a result, we are unable to provide a quiet space for private or client calls during the event.
Hotel Information 🛏️
At citizenM Worldcenter for $219.22/per night including tax. Expect efficient rooms with a rooftop pool and great proximity to the event- 4 blocks away! Hotel reservations are now closed.
Beach Party 🏖️
Saturday, February 7th 12*-4pm for speakers, sponsors, and their guests. ⚠️RSVPs due February 2nd
Our tradition continues at Crandon Park Shelter 6. Lunch from Pura Vida, the famous guava coconut cake and key lime pies from Fireman Derek’s, drinks (including large format cocktails), lawn games, beach blankets, hammocks, and shade will be provided.
*Feel free to join us earlier if it is better for travel though, please note, we get access to the shelter beginning at 10am so arrivals before 12pm will be met with in progress setup. We never turn down help!
